Team Knitty To Raise Money For Breast Cancer

Amy Singer, editor of Knitty.com, announced today that she and 10 other participants will once again raise money for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation through CIBC Run For the Cure.

The walk takes place October 1, 2006, in Toronto and Team Knitty hopes to raise at least $5,000 for to help the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation money to fund innovative and relevant breast cancer research, education, and awareness programs in Canada. In 2005, the run raise over $23 million dollars.
