Stitch n' Pitch Baseball Knitting Event will be held on July 20th at the San Francisco Giants AT&T park. Knitters are encouraged to bring their knitting projects to the baseball game and meet other knitters all while enjoying Giants baseball.

Spin Out will be held in New York City's Central Park at Cherry Hill Fountain on Saturday, June 24, 2006. The event is free and open to the public.

Knitting Nature : 39 Designs Inspired by Patterns in Nature by Norah Gaughan

A fractal is a complex geometric figure made up of patterns that repeat themselves at smaller and smaller, or larger and larger, scales. In nature, they're found in fern leafs and corals. In this book, they're found in the pattern for a scarf, the cables of a pullover, and the intricate hemline of a skirt.
